Studio Ops Coordinator
(Part-Time) Los Angeles, CA | 10–12 hrs/week
Meals is a small, independent clothing brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, works well independently, and wants to be a consistent part of a creative, close-knit team.
What you'll be doing
-Packing and shipping wholesale and online orders accurately and on time
-Coordinating pickups and deliveries with our production factory -Picking up garments and supplies as needed (vehicle required)
-Organizing and maintaining our stockroom so everything is easy to find and restock
-Tracking inventory levels and flagging when product or supplies are running low
-Coordinating restocks with our retail shop — pulling pieces and delivering them directly
What we're looking for
-Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
-Able to lift up to 40lbs
-Owns a truck or vehicle large enough to transport garment quantities
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
-Comfortable with basic inventory tracking (spreadsheet experience is a plus)
-Familiarity with shipping platforms compatible w/ Shopify -Prior experience in fashion, retail, or warehouse operations preferred but not required
